Full-Time Live-In Nanny/Mommy’s Helper

Job Overview
Warm, travel-friendly family is seeking a full-time, live-in nanny for their 3 boys. Family splits their time in between two locations- Avon, Conneticut from June-December and Stuart, Florida January-May (Must be willing to relocate). The two oldest children will be attending school full-time in the fall and mom will need hands-on help with the newborn boy due in July. Nanny will be working closely with mom assisting not only with childcare, but also with school pick-ups, managing daily routines, general housekeeping, scheduling & coordinating service providers, and running errands on behalf of family. When the oldest children are out of school, nanny will be engaging with all three (3) children alongside the parents. This role requires strong flexibility around travel and schedule changes.

Schedule: Schedule may change weekly; more consistent schedule from September-May

*Guaranteed 40 hours a week + 5 hours of overtime*

Nanny Requirements:

• Newborn experience required
• Proactive, warm, reliable, organized, adaptable, and have strong judgement
• Experience in High-Profile or HNW households
• Maintain daily routines alongside mother
• Screen-Free Play / Active Engagement
• Must be able to swim- family owns a pool
• Assist with all family laundry & dishes
• General tidying of common areas and children’s rooms
• Willing to travel- Passport required

Pay: $30-$35 per hour D.O.E + Health Insurance Stipend, PTO

Start: June 1, 2026

You MUST have a minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, comfortable with newborns, and have 4 professional childcare references to work with our agency.
