About Our Family

We are a warm, welcoming family in the Coral Gables / Pinecrest area preparing to welcome our baby in June. Our priority is creating a nurturing, safe, and structured environment where our child can thrive.

We value open communication, teamwork, and positivity. We are looking for a long-term caregiver who is attentive, responsible, proactive, and excited to support our baby’s developmental milestones while also serving as a supportive presence for mom during the day.

Schedule

• Monday – Sunday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Long-term position
• Flexibility required when traveling

We travel 4–5 times per year within the United States and internationally (Caribbean, Europe, Middle East including Dubai and Qatar). Candidate must be open to traveling with the family when needed.

Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Baby Care

• Ensure baby’s safety, comfort, and developmental needs are consistently met
• Follow structured nap and feeding schedules
• Support developmental milestones through play, engagement, and age-appropriate interaction
• Maintain detailed awareness of baby’s routine and daily needs
• Keep baby as the main priority at all times

Secondary Support

• Provide support to mother throughout the day
• Run errands as needed
• Light housekeeping (we have a cleaning company once per week; responsibilities will remain light)
• Laundry and ironing
• Watering plants
• Occasional light meal prep or cooking
• Willingness to assist husband with errands or light assistant tasks if hired prior to baby’s arrival

Requirements

• 2–3 professional references
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Punctual, dependable, and responsible
• Comfortable managing a structured routine
• Open to travel
