Full-Time Nanny

Location: Coral Gables / Pinecrest, Florida
Schedule: Monday – Sunday | 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $1,300 Per Week
Start Date: June 10, 2026

We are a warm and welcoming family in the Coral Gables/Pinecrest area preparing to welcome our baby in June. Our goal is to create a nurturing, safe, loving, and structured environment where our child can thrive.

We are looking for a long-term caregiver who is attentive, proactive, organized, and genuinely passionate about childcare and child development. This role is more than just a job to us — we are looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our home and family.

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is caring for our baby and supporting developmental milestones in a safe, loving, and structured environment. In addition, this person will help support mom throughout the day with light household assistance and occasional errands.

The ideal candidate is nurturing yet confident, organized yet flexible, calm under pressure, and excited to grow with our family long term.

Schedule

• Monday – Sunday
• 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Long-term position
• Flexibility required for occasional travel

We travel approximately 4-5 times per year within the United States and internationally, including destinations throughout the Caribbean, Europe, Dubai, and Qatar. The candidate must be comfortable traveling with the family when needed.

Responsibilities Primary Focus: Baby Care

• Ensure baby’s safety, comfort, and developmental needs are consistently met
• Follow structured nap, feeding, and daily routines
• Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate play and interaction
• Maintain awareness of baby’s daily schedule and needs
• Keep baby as the primary focus and priority at all times

Secondary Family Support

• Assist and support mom throughout the day
• Run occasional errands as needed
• Light housekeeping and organization
• We already have a professional cleaning company weekly, so responsibilities remain light
• Laundry and ironing
• Watering plants
• Occasional light meal prep or cooking

Requirements

• 2–3 professional references
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Punctual, dependable, and responsible
• Comfortable maintaining a structured routine
• Open and available for travel
• Must have a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one
• Must be able and willing to travel internationally with the family when needed

If the candidate does not currently have a passport, we are willing to assist with the application process and cover associated costs.
