Full Time Maintenance - Apartment Complex

Seeking Full Time Maintenance Person for 80 unit Apartment complex in Athens, TX. HVAC Certified highly recommended. Apartment Maintenance experience required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical, and general maintenance required. Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance work required. Will perform routine maintenance task daily.
