Position Overview
We’re looking for reliable and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in keeping our clients’ properties safe, clean, and fully functional. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented problem-solvers who take pride in their work and thrive in both independent and team settings—always upholding the high standards that define IFSH.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work using appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., buffers, vacuums, hand tools)
• Handle light carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
• Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and service reports
