Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Refrigeration & General Equipment)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled full-time maintenance technician to oversee the service, upkeep, repair, and performance of all kitchen and facility equipment across our restaurant. The candidate should be proactive, reliable, and experienced in refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance for chillers, freezers, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, ecology and HVAC units
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs promptly to minimize downtime
• Manage emergency breakdowns efficiently and maintain maintenance logs
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized servicing or part replacements
• Support the setup of new equipment and ensure proper installation
• Maintain tools, safety gear, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality maintenance roles
• Technical knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic communication skills in English
• UAE experience preferred.
