Position Overview
We are looking for reliable, motivated Maintenance Technicians who approach every task with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and problem-solving mindset. Technicians at IFSH excel both independently and in collaborative team settings, demonstrating integrity, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Honolulu, HI
• Pay: $19/hour

Professional Conduct

• Maintain respectful and professional communication with residents, coworkers, and vendors
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times and avoid conflicts
• Keep management and lead maintenance staff informed of work progress, concerns, or special requirements
• Maintain a clean, presentable appearance, including a neat uniform and groomed hair/facial hair
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work each shift
• Complete tasks thoroughly and consistently
• Adhere to House Rules and promptly report incidents or violations

Administrative Responsibilities

• Follow all guidelines in the House Rules and Employee Policy Manual
• Keep workspaces organized and clean
• Accurately complete the Daily Maintenance Job List & Log, along with other assigned reports or projects

Key Skills & Duties

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning using the appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., vacuum, floor buffer)
• Apply knowledge in areas such as lighting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, and basic mechanical repairs
• Ensure all work areas remain safe, clean, and organized while carrying out duties

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
