Compass of Hope and its sister company, Infinite Learning Institute, are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts across both brands.
Compass of Hope is a growing multi-site mental health practice offering therapy, psychiatry/medication management, neuropsychological testing, ketamine/Spravato® services, and GLP-1 weight management. Infinite Learning Institute is our CEU-granting training organization serving mental health professionals across New England and beyond.

Brand & Strategy (Both Brands)
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that supports growth goals for both Compass of Hope and Infinite Learning Institute.
Refine and protect brand voices, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and audience research to inform strategy and new opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, build, and optimize digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive new client inquiries, referrals, and CEU registrations.
Manage website content updates, landing pages, and SEO basics to improve visibility and conversion.
Develop and manage email marketing funnels for prospective clients, referral partners, and CEU attendees.
Track KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI) and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
Content & Creative
Oversee creation of marketing materials: brochures, postcards, flyers, rack cards, signage, slide decks, social media content, and email campaigns.
Coordinate photography, video, and design assets that reflect our mission, services, and trainings.
Partner with leadership and clinical trainers to translate clinical content into engaging, accessible marketing copy.
Referral & Community Outreach
Build and maintain relationships with PCP offices, schools, hospitals, community agencies, gyms/wellness centers, and other referral sources.
Support outreach campaigns including mailers, EDDM, sponsorships, and in-person events or tabling.
Develop systems to track referral sources and campaign effectiveness.
CEU & Event Marketing (Infinite Learning Institute)
Create and implement marketing plans for live and on-demand CEU events (email, social, partnerships, and direct outreach).
Manage event pages, registration tracking, reminders, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Collaborate with presenters to highlight their expertise and ensure strong attendance.
Operational & Leadership
Build and maintain a marketing calendar that integrates Compass of Hope services and Infinite Learning Institute trainings.
Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships (printers, ad platforms, creative partners).
Potentially supervise marketing interns or assistants as growth continues.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, mental health, education, or professional services.
Demonstrated experience with digital marketing (paid ads, email, basic SEO, analytics).
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for clients, professionals, and community partners.
Comfortable using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, and social media schedulers.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-growing environment.
Mission-driven, collaborative, and excited to support mental health and professional education.
Bonus experience (nice to have, not required):
Marketing for group practices, medical practices, or CEU/training organizations.
Familiarity with New Hampshire or New England healthcare/mental health landscape.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, or webinar platforms.
40 hours per week full time with health, dental, vision, short term disability insurance, life insurance, 2 weeks of PTO, holiday pay, etc.
