Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics & Physics Teacher to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be confident teaching secondary and higher-grade students under both GCSE and IB curricula, delivering engaging, results-driven lessons while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, structured lessons in Mathematics and Physics (GCSE & IB)
• Teach students from secondary to higher grades (Year 7–13 / IB DP)
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs
• Prepare students for exams, internal assessments, and coursework
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment

Operational Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of the tutoring Centre when required
• Assist in managing class schedules and student timetables
• Communicate operational updates between teachers, students, and management
• Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• Proven experience teaching GCSE and/or IB curriculum
• Strong subject knowledge and exam preparation expertise
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
• Prior tutoring center or school teaching experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IB DP (HL/SL) and GCSE exam boards
• Track record of improving student grades
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (if required)
