We’re looking for a creative and driven Media Creator to help us bring our brand to life across social media — capturing the beauty, detail, and energy of what we do every day.

What You’ll Do

• Capture and edit high-quality video content showcasing our detailing, performance, and styling projects.
• Produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos that educate and inspire automotive enthusiasts.
• Record and mix clear voiceovers and audio for storytelling and client education.
• Film dynamic car-to-car rollers, transformation videos, and cinematic features.
• Collaborate with the team to highlight our craftsmanship and customer experience.
• Stay organized with content scheduling, file management, and posting calendars.
• Track performance metrics and help refine content strategy for growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating social-first video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Skilled with camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
• Deep understanding of automotive culture — ideally Euro, JDM, or luxury performance focused.
• Highly organized, thorough, and resourceful.
• Self-starter who can both follow direction and take creative initiative.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Monrovia, CA.
• Photography and photo editing experience.
• Knowledge of social analytics, trends, and algorithm behavior.
• Color grading and motion graphics experience.
• Familiarity with storytelling, captions, and trend-driven content strategy.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (preferably in the automotive, lifestyle, or creative industries).
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Basic understanding of SEO and YouTube analytics is a plus.
• Valid California Drivers License Is REQUIRED.
