Full Time Medical Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in our busy primary care practice.

Duties:

- Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with patient education and follow-up care instructions.
- Must be able to give injections, do EKGS

Skills:

- Must be a team player
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Required)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
