Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient visits.
• Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Conduct patient intake interviews to gather medical histories and current complaints, ensuring thorough documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Assist with obtaining prior authorizations for medications and radiology studies.
• Procedures include phlebotomy and injections.
• Assist with dispensing of medications.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS).
• Experience in outpatient settings with proficiency in EHR systems and medical administrative support functions.
• Phlebotomy experience required.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
