Full-Time Medical Biller & AR Specialist

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Biller & Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our growing healthcare support team.

Responsibilities

• Submit and follow up on medical insurance claims
• Work denied, rejected, and unpaid claims
• Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Manage AR aging reports and ensure timely collections
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in medical billing and AR follow-up
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, and appeals
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tebra/Kareo is a strong plus
• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare providers preferred
