We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Esthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced, polished, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional treatments and an elevated client experience. Weekend availability is required.

About the Role:
As a Medical Esthetician at Skin House, you will play a key role in delivering customized, results-oriented treatments while building strong client relationships and supporting overall studio growth. This position is ideal for someone confident in advanced skincare services, client education, treatment planning, and creating a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active esthetician license in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a spa, medspa, or facial studio environment
• Experience performing advanced treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other corrective skincare services
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatment planning, and client education
• Experience with booking systems such as Zenoti or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and client retention skills
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
• Availability to work weekends is required
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality facial and advanced skincare treatments based on client needs and goals
• Provide thorough consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care
• Educate clients on services, skincare products, and post-treatment care
• Support membership, package, add-on, and retail sales through genuine client recommendations
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment notes and client records
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and aligned with Skin House standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations and a seamless client experience
• Build and retain a strong book of business through professionalism, consistency, and client care
• Be available to work weekends as required
