Full Time Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Generalist

Life Well Cadence Laboratories is seeking an MLS/ MLT Generalist to join our high-complexity clinical laboratory.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
• Lab open from 8 am - 9pm
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Perform and report Moderate and High complexity testing in the following areas:

• Clinical Chemistry
• Hematology
• Immunology
• Toxicology
• Molecular
• Phlebotomy
• Follow all SOPs for specimen handling, testing, and result reporting
• Maintain quality control, calibration, maintenance, and error logs
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, laboratory quality, and safety standards
• Identify and resolve testing issues or escalate to supervisory staff
• Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and management

Qualifications

• Certification: MLS(ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) or equivalent (required)
• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from an accredited school or
• Bachelor’s degree Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) from an accredited school
• TN Licensure

Additional Skills Preferred

• Speak Spanish
• Phlebotomy
