FULL TIME MID-TIER/ ABA FLOOR SUPERVISOR

We currently are looking for a Mid-Tier ABA Clinic Lead in Porter Ranch

Responsibilities (include but not limited):

• Oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the clinic and preschool settings
• Develop treatment programs for children
• Work with R/BTs providing training
• Work with families and provide parent education
• Progress Report writing
• Case management and oversight during clinic operating hours
• Report to Clinical Directors
• Attend clinic team meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology,Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education or related field
• Master’s level coursework in ABA, working towards hours to become a BCBA
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in lead/supervisory role
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must pass TB test
• Must pass criminal background check

Hourly: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
