MONTECITO, CA – A wonderful family in Montecito seeks a full-time Estate Manager/Assistant to support daily operations across multiple estates as well as assistant work for the family. This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant and oversees vendors, staff coordination, and property upkeep as well as all personal assistant needs of the family. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires quick thinking, impeccable communication, and a positive attitude at all times. No job is too big or too small.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive, with strong communication skills and experience managing high-end homes and service teams.

Schedule: Full-time- with 24/7 full-service mentality

Pay: Salary is DOE

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with day-to-day estate operations

· Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and repairs

· Support household staff and scheduling

· Oversee projects and property upkeep

· Maintain systems, inventory, and organization

· Ensure smooth, high-standard household operations

· Assist with all family personal needs

· Travel up to 25% of the year for events as well as to other properties

Qualifications

· 5+ years in estate or high-end household management

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Experience managing vendors and household staff

· Discreet, professional, and service-oriented

· Able to work independently and take initiative
