EcoLawn is currently seeking:

• Mowing Crew Members
• Mulching Crew Member w/ Skid Steer Experience
• Mulching Crew Members
• Applicants with skid-steer experience are highly encouraged to apply.

We offer:

• Starting pay ranges of $17 - $22/hour, plus overtime potential
• M-F Work Schedule, no scheduled Saturday/weekend work unless warranted by the weather
• Regular pay increases after 60 days and yearly, based on attendance and productivity

Qualifications:

• Reliable and timely attendance
• Ability to perform manual tasks and operate machines and tools in various weather conditions
• Ability to pay attention to detail in the completion of tasks
• Able to work in a team environment with positive interpersonal relations
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Snow Removal, mowing, weed eating, and landscape maintenance experience preferred
• Skid Steer Experience (a definite plus but not required)
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record preferred
