Full-Time Nanny

A warm, family-centered household in Holly Springs is seeking an experienced, energetic nanny for their 30-month-old son. The home includes four adults, mom, dad, the child’s aunt, and uncle, who either work from home or are in and out throughout the day.

The family values communication, teamwork, and a nanny who is confident leading daily routines while also comfortable in a busy, multi-adult home environment. They want someone who feels like family and will participate in play, outings, and occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care

• Plan and lead toddler-friendly play, learning activities, and outings

• Support daily routines, meals, nap schedules, and structure

• Meal prep & feeding for the toddler

• Keep the child’s play and nursery areas tidy (no deep cleaning, housekeeper provided)

• Remain active and mobile throughout the day in a large home

• Follow the family’s no cell phone while engaging with child policy

• Travel with the family up to 3 weeks per year

– One 2-week trip this year

– One 3-week trip next year

– Occasional in-state trips (optional, not mandatory)

• Communicate professionally with a multi-adult household

Requirements:

• Up-to-date on Tdap + Flu

• Valid passport (or willingness to obtain one)

• Comfortable with 4 dogs + 1 cat

• Experience with infants/toddlers

• Reliable, organized, and clean

• Comfortable working in a home where parents and relatives may be present

• Ability to travel internationally up to 3 weeks per year

• Reliable transportation

• Clean, organized, and spacious

• Pets in the home (dogs + cat)

• Plenty of room for toddler activities and movement

Pay & Benefits:

$25–$30/hr (experience-based)

✔ 10 PTO Days (vacation or sick), available after 60 days
