Full Time Nanny

Start Date: June 1st, 2026 (flexible to move to later in june)

Description: A family in the Lake Orion/Oxford area is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny/family assistant for their three young children (3 years, 16 months, and a newborn), with an ideal start in early to mid-June. Their current nanny has been with the family since their oldest was a baby, and they are hoping to find another career nanny who is looking for a long-term fit and truly wants to grow with their family for years to come. They would love someone experienced with multiple young children who is confident, nurturing, proactive, and organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing three children, adaptable when schedules shift due to parental work travel, and happy working in a warm, busy household with an elderly dog and work from home parents.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Location: Oxford, MI

Requirements:

• 4+ years nanny experience (career nanny preferred)
• Experience with multiple young children at once
• Toddler & infant experience required
• Non smoker
• CPR certified
• Dog friendly
• Social, proactive, and hands on
• Familiar with the area
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record

Duties:

• Planning and executing creative, engaging, and “fresh” ideas for arts & crafts, sensory play, outings, and outdoor activities
• Managing daily routines for toddler, preschooler, and infant care
• Preparing and cleaning up after children’s meals/snacks and bottles
• Children’s laundry and keeping child areas tidy and organized
• Supporting infant feeding, children’s naps, and developmental milestones
• Encouraging play, learning, and social/emotional development
• Transporting children to activities as needed
• Maintaining open, professional communication with parents

Compensation:

• $33-35/hour
• guaranteed hours/pay 45 hours per week
• PTO & sick leave
• mileage reimbursement

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
