Full-Time Long-Term Nanny Preferred | Tampa, FL

Monday–Friday | Approximately 30–40 Hours Per Week

Tots Luv Childcare is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and dependable professional nanny for a wonderful Tampa family with three young daughters: an infant, toddler, and preschooler.

This family is looking for a nanny who genuinely enjoys the early childhood years and understands the importance of creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive. The ideal candidate will be confident caring for multiple children at different developmental stages and excited to become a trusted, long-term part of the family's support system.

The right fit will be warm, proactive, organized, and passionate about providing intentional, hands-on care. This position is ideal for a career nanny who values consistency, developmental support, meaningful relationships, and becoming an important part of a family's daily life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for an infant, toddler, and preschool-aged child
• Supporting daily routines, including meals, naps, hygiene, and smooth transitions throughout the day
• Planning and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, learning, and development
• Supporting developmental milestones through play-based learning, exploration, and positive guidance
• Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
• Maintaining children's spaces, including play areas, toys, bottles, and child-related laundry
• Communicating with parents regarding daily routines, activities, and developmental milestones
• Creating a calm, safe, loving, and engaging environment where the children can thrive

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | Approximately 30–40 hours per week

This is a long-term position with a family seeking consistency and a nanny who is excited to grow alongside their children. Daily hours will vary based on the family's schedule and may typically fall between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Some days may end earlier, while others may extend later within that timeframe. Flexibility is appreciated as schedules may vary from week to week, with advance notice provided whenever possible.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of three years of paid, hands-on nanny and childcare experience
• Experience caring for multiple children in a private household
• Strong understanding of infant, toddler, and preschool development
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Organized with excellent communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable managing multiple children's routines while maintaining a calm, nurturing approach
• Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting children's growth through intentional care

Compensation:
