Full-Time Nanny Position – Darien, CT

A warm and welcoming family in Darien is seeking a dedicated, experienced full-time nanny to care for their three children (ages 5, 2, and newborn). This is a long-term opportunity for a nurturing professional who is passionate about childcare and eager to grow with the family.

Schedule & Compensation

• Guaranteed 50 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• $35/hour
• Flexibility for on-the-books or off-the-books arrangement for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for all three children, with a strong focus on the newborn as two older children are in school
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and developmental support
• Foster a loving, safe, and stimulating environment
• Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and school-related needs
• Support household tasks as needed, including children’s laundry, light meal prep, and grocery shopping

Ideal Candidate

• Warm, loving, and highly engaged with children
• Experienced with newborn care (required)
• 10+ years of experience
• Organized, flexible, and proactive
• Interested in building a long-term relationship with the family
• Comfortable balancing childcare with light household support

Additional Preferences

• Open to occasional travel
• Available for periodic date nights

Pay: $35.00 per hour
