Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant – Fort Thomas, KY

A warm and active family is seeking an experienced, engaging, and dependable full-time nanny to care for their three children (ages 4, 3, and 7 months). The family is looking for a long-term caregiver who is energetic, nurturing, highly interactive, and passionate about child development.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Additional hours may occasionally be available in the early mornings or evenings
• Occasional overnight care is a plus, but not required
• Start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for three young children, including an infant
• Plan engaging activities, crafts, outdoor play, and educational experiences
• Maintain routines, encourage positive behavior, and support developmental milestones
• Transport children to preschool and activities using your own vehicle
• Prepare children's meals and snacks
• Children's laundry and upkeep of children's spaces
• During nap times, assist with family-support tasks such as family laundry, dishes, household organization, and light tidying
• Let the family dog out as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced nanny with a strong childcare background, including infant experience
• Warm, outgoing, communicative, and collaborative
• Comfortable setting loving but firm boundaries
• Active, organized, and creative
• Interested in building a long-term relationship with the family
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

Compensation:

• W-2 position
• Up to $28/hour, depending on experience
• Benefits package available
