Full-Time Nanny / Family Support Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Nanny / Family Support Caregiver to provide attentive childcare and household assistance for a loving family. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while supporting the family's daily routines. Duties

• Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized environment through light housekeeping tasks related to children’s belongings and play areas
• Support developmental milestones through teaching activities and caregiving strategies
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Work with children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in routines and discipline strategies
• Occasionally assist with transportation to activities or appointments as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants and toddlers
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques
• Certification in first aid and CPR preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification required upon hire
• Experience with meal preparation suitable for children’s nutritional needs
• Ability to perform light cleaning related to childcare duties
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work full-time hours consistently; flexibility to adapt to family’s schedule as needed
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Prior nannying or babysitting experience highly desirable
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $21.91 - $24.39 per hour
