Full-Time Nanny for Two Young Children (Ages 4.5 and 2.5)

Location: Loveland

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM (until 5PM 1–2x/week); 40 guaranteed hours per week

Compensation: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Long-term (1+ year commitment)

About the Family

This warm, organized family recently relocated from Kansas and is seeking a dependable, upbeat nanny to join their home long-term. Their children- G(4.5) and B(2); are sweet, playful siblings who enjoy coloring, riding bikes, puzzles, and reading together. They thrive with structure, kindness, and gentle redirection during transitions.

Position Overview

The nanny will provide engaging, attentive care while maintaining a predictable routine and supporting the children’s development through play, reading, and creative activities. The family values reliability, positive energy, and a calm, proactive approach. The ideal candidate will take initiative, maintain tidiness throughout the day, and support parents in keeping the home running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, hands-on care for two children (ages 4.5 and 2.5)
• Plan age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities
• Manage child-related tasks: dishes, laundry, playroom organization
• Maintain household routines and uphold family rules (no shoes indoors, limited screen time, etc.)
• Communicate openly with parents and foster a trusting, collaborative relationship

Qualifications

• Prior professional nanny experience with toddlers and preschoolers
• Energetic, engaging, and patient personality
• Organized, reliable, and self-sufficient
• Comfortable driving children (family open to mileage reimbursement or providing vehicle)
• Non-smoker; clean-cut and professional appearance preferred
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified

Additional Details

• Paid via Poppins Payroll or direct pay (family flexible)
• Family offers paid time off and holidays (customized with final candidate)
• No pets, no vaccine requirements, but asks for good hygiene and illness precautions
• Mom works from home
