We are a busy, fun, and adventurous family in Littleton, CO, looking for a warm, energetic, and proactive nanny to join our household long-term. Our home is full of laughter, curiosity, and a little bit of chaos—but in the best possible way! We value structure and routines, but we also know how to go with the flow when life gets hectic. We’re looking for someone who can not only care for our kids but also partner with us to make our home a happy, organized, and engaging place to be.

About the Children

• Preschooler – 3 years old: Verbally advanced little guy who loves rules and takes responsibility seriously. He is the kind of child other kids look to for guidance and often helps keep play organized.
• Toddler – 2 years old: Our cuddly adventure seeker. She’s highly verbal, loves to pay attention in her classes, and enjoys helping out at home. She’s recently entering a phase of testing boundaries, so consistency, patience, and gentle redirection are key.
• Baby due June 2026: We are expecting a newborn, and we’re excited to welcome someone who will help nurture and support our expanding family.

Pets

Our family includes a gentle giant white shepherd named Powder, and two friendly, free-roaming backyard chickens, Jimi and Chickira. We plan to welcome a cat in the next couple of years, so there’s room for animal lovers to grow with us!

Our Ideal Nanny

We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, energetic, and upbeat—a nanny who shows up happy, ready to engage with our kids, and proactive in spotting ways to help. You’ll be someone who can match our family’s energy, lead activities, maintain routines, and create a fun and nurturing environment. Bonus points if you have experience in education or an interest in supporting homeschooling.

Responsibilities

• Full childcare for three children, including driving to activities and appointments
• Light household tasks related to childcare: kid laundry, kid-friendly meal prep, tidying up, and rotating toys
• Planning and leading engaging activities, playtime, and light learning exercises
• Supporting the household during busy periods with initiative and independence

Schedule & Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Total: ~40 hours/week (flexible based on family needs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $30–$40/hr, depending on experience
• Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays off
• Mileage/gas allowance
• Payroll through Poppins (or alternative, flexible to nanny preference)
