Compensation: $25-$30/hour

Schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday-Thursday

Description:

A professional, thoughtful family relocating from NYC to Whitefish Bay is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for their 16-month-old son. They are thoughtful, organized, and intentional in their parenting approach; structured but gentle, with a strong emphasis on safety, emotional regulation, and age-appropriate expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, and daily structure
• Encourage active play, outdoor time, and exploration
• Support a calm, structured, and nurturing environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30/hour (W-2, on-the-books)
• Guaranteed weekly hours
• 2 weeks paid vacation (1 week nanny’s choice, 1 week family’s choice)
• 3–5 paid sick days annually
• Annual performance review with opportunity for raise
