Full-Time Nanny for Two Young Children -- Long-Term Opportunity

Holistic-minded, conservative family in Troy seeking a warm, highly dependable, energetic, and deeply present full-time nanny for their two young children. The family values consistent routines, imaginative play, time outdoors, and creative, screen-free engagement.

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience with young children and structured daily routines
• High energy, cheerful, and genuinely engaged throughout the day
• A calm, confident presence who can handle sibling squabbles and guide behavior positively
• Enjoys leading outdoor play, crafts, games, and creative activities
• Extremely dependable, punctual, responsible, and communicative — reliability and consistency are essential in this role
• Comfortable in an unvaccinated household and aligned with conservative family values

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Kiddos:

• 3-year-old boy: obsessed with hockey, sports, construction vehicles, and cars — very funny and active
• 5-year-old girl: loves figure skating, dance, baking, reading, and being fancy (5 going on 15!)
