We are seeking a warm, dependable nanny for a wonderful family who needs full-time care with guaranteed 40 hours per week. If you love working with children, value flexibility, and enjoy making a meaningful impact in a family’s daily life, we would love to meet you.

Position Details

Pay: $23+ per hour based on experience--flexible for the right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Guaranteed: 40 hours per week

Weekly Schedule:

• Every day will look different! There are 4 kids under the age of 6 in the home, so the nanny needs to be flexible on what that could look like. 3 are in part or full-time school, but all will be home during the summer months.

School pickup is part of the role, so reliable transportation for 3-4 children is required.

About the Family

The role is child-focused, with light kid-related household tasks such as:

• Switching laundry
• Unloading the dishwasher
• Preparing simple meals with the children

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage children in fun, age-appropriate play and learning
• Follow family routines to keep days smooth and predictable
• Provide basic care like diaper changes, feeding, and light meal prep
• Supervise playtime, outdoor activities, and learning experiences
• Keep children’s spaces clean, organized, and safe
• Transport children to school and activities

To be considered, you’ll need:

• At least 2 years of hands-on nanny experience with multiple children in the home
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy household
• Reliable vehicle for transporting children
• Two childcare references
• Ability to pass a background check
