Full-time Nanny in Wayland, MA

Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Nanny for a family in Wayland, starting Sept. 1st. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm, with guaranteed hours weekly. The family has three children, ages 6 months, 3, and 5. The 3 and 5 year olds are in school full days so care is primarily for the baby during the day and the three children in the late afternoons (mom will be home in the afternoon to help support with the kids/rides to activities).

A great match for the family is open-minded, nurturing, playful, fun, active, and excited to create and engage the children in developmentally appropriate activities. A nanny who is routine-based, experienced caring for young children at multiple ages, communicative, kind, organized, loves getting the children outdoors to play, and proactive to plan fun outings (park, playground, library, etc.) would thrive in this role!

Driving is part of this role so please have a safe and reliable vehicle and confidence driving children.

Both parents primarily work from home in private offices.

The family has no pets.

Compensation: $35/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books via payroll.
