Full-time Nanny (Live-in OR Live-out) in Lincoln, MA

Full-time Nanny (live-in or live-out) needed in Lincoln for one child, age 2, starting as soon as soon as the family finds the right match. The schedule is Monday and Friday, 8am-6pm, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 12-7pm with guaranteed hours weekly. The Family would love to find a nanny who can grow with them for years to come!

A great fit for this family is easy going, lighthearted, nurturing, communicative, kind, calm, a sense of humor, and brings a positive attitude to the day! A Nanny who loves outdoors, creating engaging activities, and proactively planning fun outings would thrive in this role. The family is close by to a library, parks, playgrounds, and walking distance to conservation areas, a beautiful farm, and an orchard, so lots of adventures await!

The Family has a friendly Husky and 3 very friendly cats so please be pet friendly.

While it’s not required, if you enjoy travel, the family would love for the Nanny to join them on both domestic and international travel (2-4 times a year). They do require overnights when they travel.

The Family will provide an SUV for the Nanny to use while at work.

One parent works from home in a private office; one parent works a hybrid schedule.

Compensation: $33+/hour with optional healthcare stipend and paid benefits package.
