Full-Time Nanny M-Th

A sweet Christian family and first-time parents are seeking a warm, nurturing full-time (32 hours) nanny to care for their baby boy in a calm, loving home environment. The family values trust, open communication, and a gentle approach to caregiving, and is excited to welcome a nanny who truly loves working with infants and is looking for a long-term position.

Their baby boy will be around 6 months old at the start of care. He currently follows a predictable sleep routine with 3 to 4 naps per day and is entering an exciting stage of development, including the introduction of solids around the start time of the position. The family is looking for a nanny who is confident in supporting infants through developmental milestones and who enjoys engaging babies through play, interaction, and age-appropriate learning.

The family follows a responsive, gentle caregiving style and leans away from cry -it-out methods. They are hoping to find a nanny who aligns with this philosophy and who is attentive to the baby’s cues and needs. All responsibilities are baby-related, allowing the nanny to focus fully on providing high-quality, consistent care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care throughout the day
• Support healthy infant development through play, interaction, and routine
• Follow and maintain the baby’s sleep schedule
• Assist with the introduction of solids when developmentally appropriate
• Handle all baby-related tasks and maintain a clean, organized baby environment
• Communicate openly and thoughtfully with parents about routines, milestones, and daily updates

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, typically 8 am to 4 pm
• Flexibility: Occasional schedule adjustments of up to 1 hour earlier or later may be requested with advance notice
• Hours: 32 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Child: 1 infant, approximately 6 months old at start
• Pay: $22 to $23 per hour
