Full-Time Nanny Melville

A busy and professional family in Melville is seeking a reliable, experienced full-time nanny to care for their three daughters. Mom is an anesthesiologist and dad is an attorney , so the household requires a nanny who is organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting a structured yet active household.

The family has had long-term nanny support since their oldest child was born and values building strong, long-term relationships with their caregivers . They currently work with an additional afternoon nanny, so the ideal candidate will be a team player who communicates well and collaborates smoothly with others in the household.

Mom is currently on leave and will be returning to work in April , when the family will need consistent daytime coverage.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the children and supporting their daily routines
• Driving to and from preschool for the twins
• Helping manage the children’s schedules and activities
• Preparing simple meals for the children
• Assisting with children’s laundry and light household tasks related to the kids
• Helping keep shared areas tidy (loading dishwasher, cleaning up after meals, etc.)
• Coordinating with the afternoon nanny to keep the household running smoothly

Requirements

✔️ Must drive and have a reliable car
✔️ Comfortable transporting children to preschool and activities
✔️ Prior experience with multiple children and toddlers
✔️ Team-oriented personality
✔️ Strong communication skills

Spanish-speaking is a plus , but English fluency is required .
