A warm and thoughtful family in Kirkland is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their identical twin infants, born in December 2025. This is a long-term opportunity for a proactive, communicative nanny who enjoys working with infants and supporting a growing family.

Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week guaranteed (8:30 AM–4:30 PM)
• Potential to transition to 45 hours/week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM)

Compensation:

• Weekly rate of $1,520-$1,680, which comes out to an annual salary of $79,040-$87,360 (flexible for the right candidate)

About the Family

• Mom works from home 2 days/week (has a private office and gives nanny full autonomy)
• Dad works outside the home most of the time
• Collaborative, respectful household that values open communication and mutual support

Responsibilities

• Primary care for both infants (feeding, diapering, soothing, naps)
• Managing feeding schedules (including occasional tandem feeding)
• Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities (music, interaction, outdoor walks)
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Light household tasks related to the children:
• Tidying nursery and baby areas
• Baby laundry and folding
• Tracking supplies (e.g., diapers)
• Open communication with parents regarding daily routines and development

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced with infants (twin experience a plus)
• Warm, attentive, and emotionally intuitive
• Proactive and organized, with a “helper” mindset
• Communicative and collaborative (confident but not pushy or judgmental)
• Comfortable caring for mildly sick children
• Energetic and physically active
• Values cleanliness and contributes to a reasonably tidy environment

• No screen time for children
