Full Time Nanny Needed in Allen

This family is expecting their second child later this year and is seeking a professional career nanny with multiple years of hands-on childcare experience to provide thoughtful afternoon and evening support. Mom is currently at home, while Dad maintains a demanding schedule as a physician.

As this will be their first time welcoming a nanny into their home, they are hoping to find someone calm, capable, and naturally proactive—someone who can step in with confidence, support the baby’s daily routines, and help make family life run more smoothly. The family is flexible regarding which days of the week best align with both the nanny’s availability and the family’s needs. There is also the option to increase hours up to 35 per week with additional weekend hours, based on mutual benefit and communication.

Responsibilities will include actively engaging with the baby through play and developmentally appropriate interaction, supporting baby-related organization such as folding and putting away laundry, restocking nursery supplies, and assisting with light household tasks, such as loading the dishwasher when needed. As trust is established, Mom would also love for the nanny to take the baby on walks around the neighborhood.

They are looking for a nanny who is attentive, organized, and genuinely enjoys supporting both infant development and the overall rhythm of the household during this special and busy season.

Compensation will reflect experience and qualifications. A higher rate is available for candidates with additional years of professional nanny experience, formal education in child development or early childhood education, or other relevant advanced credentials.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
