The Role (Day-to-Day Care)

Requirements

Schedule, Pay & Benefits

Approximately 40 hours per week

Three longer days beginning early morning and ending in the evening

Two shorter afternoon/evening days

Some flexibility required based on parents’ work schedules

Pay: $35–$40+ per hour depending on experience

Paid through payroll service

Two weeks paid vacation (final structure to be confirmed)

Paid sick days

Paid federal holidays

Overtime paid according to state labor laws
