Location: Timnath, Colorado
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: April 2026
Commitment: 2–3 years preferred
Compensation: $25–$28+/hour DOE + benefits

About the Opportunity

Summit Nannies & Sitters is partnering with a wonderful, down-to-earth family seeking a full-time nanny for their toddler. This is a long-term placement with a family that values connection, consistency, and a nurturing caregiving approach.

Both parents primarily work from home and are looking for a nanny who can seamlessly become an extension of their parenting style—one rooted in patience, kindness, and intentional guidance.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care while fostering a calm, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Full childcare for a toddler
• Supporting developmental milestones, including potty training
• Encouraging healthy eating habits and routines
• Planning enriching, age-appropriate activities
• Child-related household tasks (laundry, tidying, meal prep)
• Driving to outings/activities (vehicle provided)

Ideal Candidate

This family is especially excited to find a nanny who can support bilingual language development.

Qualifications:

• Fluent Spanish speaker (preferred) – Spanish immersion is a priority
• Warm, attentive, and highly nurturing
• Strong toddler experience
• Proactive, engaging, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, parent-present environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Open to occasional travel or overnights
