Full-Time Nanny Position – Westlake Village, CA

A warm and welcoming family in Westlake Village is seeking an experienced, loving, and energetic full-time nanny to care for their 3.5-year-old twin boys. This is a long-term opportunity for a nurturing professional who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys being an active part of a family’s daily life.

Schedule

Based on the current preschool calendar:

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Additional hours available for candidates skilled in full-family meal preparation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid via payroll
• MUST have a valid passport ready

Responsibilities

• Engage the boys in developmentally appropriate activities (sensory play, reading, outdoor exploration)
• Create and maintain a structured daily schedule with fun and educational activities
• Implement positive behavior strategies, including reward charts
• Support conflict resolution and tantrum management
• Provide kindergarten readiness tutoring
• Teach and communicate with the children in a second language
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children
• Perform light child-related housekeeping (organizing toys and clothes)
• Drive children to activities as needed
• Assist with bedtime routines

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Confident driver, comfortable operating a large SUV
• First aid certified and confident handling childcare emergencies
• Strong swimmer
• Enjoys cooking and meal preparation
• Background in education or teaching
• Experience in long-term nanny roles preferred
• Warm, loving, energetic, flexible, and highly organized
• Able to travel internationally with the family
• Willing to work from the family’s aunt’s home in Simi Valley 3–4 times per month
• Comfortable working closely with extended family and gets along well with family members, including the mother-in-law
