Olive You Nanny is partnering with a long-term family in River Hills seeking an energetic, professional, and engaging full-time career nanny.

This family is looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, active, and part of a collaborative household. They have three children (ages 5.5, 3.5, and nearly 2) and are expecting a fourth baby in June. The oldest child attends school full days, while the younger children are home during the day.

The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple children, enjoys creating engaging activities, and thrives in a busy family environment.

Responsibilities:

• Active, hands-on childcare
• Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
• Supporting daily routines
• Collaborative communication with parents
• Travel with the family (with advance notice)

Qualifications:

• Previous professional nanny experience
• Experience with multiple children
• Energetic, organized, and proactive personality
• Comfortable working in a structured yet collaborative home

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
