Full-Time Nanny U city

Description: A family in U-City, MO is seeking a full-time nanny for their 2-month-old infant and 3-year-old toddler.

They are looking for a warm, caring, and proactive nanny with a genuine passion for childcare and child development. The ideal candidate is experienced with infants and toddlers, confident creating a structured, engaging routine, and aligned with a healthy, active, screen-free lifestyle.

About the Children: The family has a 2-month-old infant and a 3-year-old toddler. The baby is easygoing, sleeps well, and is easily soothed. She is alert, active, and enjoys engagement and age-appropriate stimulation, with strong early development including good head control and early rolling.

The 3-year-old is an energetic and curious child who may be shy at first but warms up quickly. He thrives with engaging activities and enjoys reading, playing with cars and trains, and spending time outdoors—especially biking and exploring parks. Like many toddlers, he can be strong-willed at times, but he has excellent verbal comprehension and responds very well to clear communication and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Care for infant (and toddler on sick/no-school days)
• Plan age-appropriate activities & outings (support socialization)
• School drop-off/pick-up for toddler (2–3x/week, varies)
• Clean/tidy children’s items (bottles, dishes, clothes, toys)
• Light household tasks (dishwasher, kitchen upkeep, laundry, organizing)
• Light meal prep (basic chopping/prep)
• Run errands (groceries, returns, etc.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Compensation: $1000-$1,200wk

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications: Professional experience caring for infants to school-age children, with references from childcare centers or families you have worked for, excluding friends, family, or coworkers.

Benefits: Paid time off on federal holidays, paid sick leave, paid vacation, and an annual raise.
