Full Time Newborn Nanny

Start Date: May 6th, 2026

Schedule: Full-time: Up to 35 hours/week
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

About the Family: They are expecting their first child and they are excited to welcome a nurturing, experienced nanny into their home. Their son will be approximately 3 months old when care begins. Mom works from home, so they are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident working in a work from home environment and able to take initiative independently.

They are a bilingual household (Spanish/English), and while Spanish-speaking is not required, it is a major plus, as they plan to raise their child bilingual.

Care Responsibilities:

• Primary infant care, including:
• Feeding (paced feeding)
• Diaper changes
• Safe naps and sleep routines
• Tummy time and age-appropriate developmental activities
• Providing meaningful enrichment during wake windows and adapting activities as the baby grows
• Light baby-related tasks:
• Cleaning bottles and feeding supplies
• Baby laundry
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment for the baby

The baby will initially feed 3–4 times per day, with wake windows gradually increasing. They are looking for a nanny who takes initiative in engaging the baby with appropriate stimulation, play, and interaction.

Ideal Nanny Qualities:

• Calm, patient, nurturing, and confident with infant care
• Knowledgeable about infant development, safe sleep practices, tummy time, and feeding
• Comfortable with a parent working from home
• Able to work independently without constant direction
• Nonsmoker (required)
• CPR & First Aid certified (required, especially as the baby approaches solids); familiarity with LifeVac is a plus
• Reliable, professional, and communicative

Pets & Home Environment:

• One well-behaved, gentle 5-year-old Yorkie (initially shy but very sweet)
• One calm, independent 10-year-old indoor cat
• A guest room is available for the nanny to store personal items or take breaks, providing a private space during the day

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
