Compass by Margaritaville Flagler Beach is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Night Auditor to join our crew. This is a key role in our hotel — the overnight heartbeat that keeps everything running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
• Balance room, food & beverage, and retail revenue
• Prepare daily reports for management
• Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
• Ensure the safety and security of the property overnight
• Set the tone for a smooth transition to the morning team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic accounting knowledge a plus
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
