Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and wellness assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Support weight loss, hormone optimization, and wellness programs
• Review labs and communicate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with the RN and Medical Director
• Document care plans and visits in the EMR
• Provide an exceptional, patient-centered experience
• Help shape clinical workflows and grow with the company

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP license or eligibility to obtain
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Warm, professional bedside manner
• Organized and self-motivated
• Interest in wellness, prevention, and longevity-based care
• Ability to thrive in a growing environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
