Full Time On-Site Maintenance Worker

Property management company seeking full-time on-site maintenance personnel. We are a small, family-owned business with an interesting and flexible work environment. Reply with resume. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair
• Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair
• Pool maintenance

- Test chemicals and maintain perfect balance
- Clean pool deck

• Ensure bathrooms are clean (floors, counter tops)
• Ensure bathroom supplies are stocked
• Preventative maintenance
• Painting (exterior, furniture, etc.)
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work outdoors
• Must be willing to work independently
• Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude
• Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time
• English-Speaking
• Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
