On-Site Factory Content Creator (Photo + Video)

Job Brief:

We are seeking a talented and driven On-Site Content Creator with strong skills in photography, videography, and editing to capture and showcase the day-to-day operations, craftsmanship, and industrial excellence of our factory.

This role will work closely with our marketing agency and factory team to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communication. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Capture professional-grade photo and video content on-site across various departments (production lines, machinery, team, products, installations, etc.)

-Edit content for reels, TikToks, hero videos, and promotional assets using industry-standard tools

-Collaborate with the marketing agency to align visuals with campaign goals, content calendars, and brand tone

-Document factory highlights, craftsmanship processes, milestones, and day-in-the-life-style content

- Ensure fast turnarounds and consistent quality across all deliverables

- Maintain and manage photography and video equipment

- Follow safety protocols while filming/photographing in operational areas

Requirements:

- Proven experience in photography + videography (portfolio required)

-Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.

-Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and storytelling

-Comfortable working around industrial machinery and factory setups

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger creative/marketing team

-Previous experience working with factories, construction sites, or industrial clients is a plus
