Full-Time Online Bidder – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Full-Time Bidder with proven digital marketing experience to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. If you have strong communication skills, a knack for closing deals, and understand the digital marketing landscape, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on potential digital marketing projects (Google Ads, SEO, SMM, etc.) on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan project delivery based on acquired deals.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in bidding and business development via freelance platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and project requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be willing to work night shifts (US/Canada time zone).
