Full Time Optometric Technician/Administrative Assistant

Busy, established optometric practice in Issaquah, Washington is seeking a full time experienced optometric technician. Someone who can help at reception as well as assist the doctors.

We are looking for a caring, professional, detail-oriented individual. You must be flexible, able to multi-task, have excellent attendance, and be a team player.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• -Performing patient pre-examination testing
• -verifying patient’s current spectacle prescription
• -training new contact lens wearers on insertion and removal
• -having strong computer skills and practice management software knowledge
• -ordering and checking in contact lenses as needed
• -maintaining contact lens trials and orders as needed
• -assisting the reception area as needed
• -having an understanding of patient’s vision and medical benefits
• -helping the optical area as needed

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
