PART OR FULL TIME ASSOCIATE DENTIST - NORWICH CT

Well-established family oriented private dental practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-time or Part-time Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on quality patient assessment and treatment. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care in a supportive and friendly environment. Clinical freedom/autonomy. Salary is based on percentage of total production. Covered annual CSDA CE courses, malpractice insurance costs and health/retirement benefits offered for full-time employees. Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures
• Total autonomy to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate dental records and documentation
• Utilize dental software Dentrix.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices to provide the best care possible.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
