Our orthodontic practice is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical family! What You’ll Do

• Clinical Support: Assist the Orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures, including bonding, debanding, and adjustments.
• Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatments, explain procedures, and provide clear oral hygiene instructions.
• Technical Tasks: Take high-quality digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs.
• Lab Work: Create Essix retainers, 3D Printed retainers, pour models, make in-house aligner cases, and manage sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Coordination: Maintain accurate electronic patient records and keep the clinical area stocked and organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous orthodontic experience is preferred (but we are willing to train the right person with a stellar attitude!).
• Certification: X-ray certification is required, but you can work while you strive to achieve it.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, manual dexterity, and a tech-savvy approach to digital workflow.
• Personality: A team player who is punctual, professional, and has a "patient-first" mentality.
