Full-Time Orthodontic Clinical Assistant

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our busy, high-end, and progressive orthodontic practice as a Full-Time Clinical Assistant in our Manitowoc and Sheboygan offices.

As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and supporting efficient clinical flow throughout the day. Strong chairside skills and previous dental or orthodontic clinical experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Chairside assisting during orthodontic procedures

- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas

- Taking digital scans, impressions, and radiographs (as permitted)

- Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

- Supporting the doctor and team to ensure smooth patient flow

- Traveling to our satellite offices as scheduled

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about patient care. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to travel between locations are essential.
